It is one of the Black economic empowerment groups which provide non discrimiatory emplyment. It has Ten (10) permanent staff and Fifty(50) men, skilled labour team.

Our company has remarkable experience in upgrading of hospitals and that turned to be our specialuization. The quality O.T.J. produces has earned it trust from its clients as well as from the professional and technical staff we have employed. We have suuscessfully completed various projects run by Government and Private Sector Companies. O.T,J.'s Leadership, Foresite, Trust and Honesty has earned it respect from most financial and investment institutes. The companies capability of completing projects with quality abd in time is well known to government departments of Health, Education and Human Settlements. The Bubezi hospital in Lillydale, Buffelshoek trust community at Utah Clinic and other projects are all fully compliant with RSA Laws and Labour Laws.

Olie has 25 years of experience in building and construction. He has always been commited to his work and all his finished projects are a sign testoment to that quality. It is due to that quality that all projects are not complete till he has inspected all aspects of its contruction.

Jeanete has 23 years of experience in managing the administrative duties of the company. She has successfully managed HR issues of the comany. She has also managed the companies Transport and Plant Hire requirements till that facet was out-sourced.
